It will be my birthday soon(ish)
And I came home to find some mud pie mojo in my freezer. Best day ever.

cake/twilight/melting snow/one month left to purgatory

I'm going to try to remember to post more often on here.

We had delicious cake tonight to celebrate the birth of someone we love.

Twilight is the best worst movie ever. And it just keeps getting better/worse.

The snow today melted quickly.

I have only a month left to my internship.

i got a pickle hey hey hey hey

my hubby drove to the grocery store last night to buy me a jar of pickles, which i promtly ate half of upon his return. the rest of the jar becons to me and i'm sure it will be gone by this afternoon.

ah, the joy of pregnancy cravings. and husbands who indulge them.

i made corned beef with boiled cabbage, potatoes and carrots on sunday.
i made old fashioned chicken and dumplings last night.
yum.

There are three yellow daffodils in my yard. I hope they survive this weather.

i love saturdays. because i get to wear jeans.

i love the internet. because i get to shop without having to deal with people.

got a new computer yesterday because our sucks. it's nice, i like it. :)
i was feeling well enough to go to costco with hubby and walk around for ten minutes. we got polish dogs and they were yummy.
hubby went to dinner with a friend and brought food home for me as well as a huuuuuge jamba juice! i was so excited.
little buddy has been throwing fewer tantrums the past two days.
my house is clean.
i remembered how much i love my maternity undies. soooo comfy they're like pjs.
i'm starting to show already. how crazy is that?

wedding bells are ringing

my baby sister is getting married in july! can you believe it? i'm not going to be the only old married one in my family anymore.

a not-food-related post

I just spent two hours on the phone with a good friend. Talking about everything and nothing.

And I just reread a post that a certain lady (ahem, C, cough cough) wrote about me in her blog.

And they both made me feel so much better.

chicken divan = divine.

i love that all of my happy thoughts revolve around food.

I went for a walk today and it was nice outside.
There are raspberries in the fridge and I am going to eat them. Right now.
Mmm.
